What You'll Do
Lead crews on large-scale commercial concrete projects: tilt-up, parking garages, stadiums, storm shelters, schools, warehouses, and other complex structures. You own the schedule, keep the GC informed, and keep the work moving.

You're managing timelines, not just crews. GCs and owners depend on superintendents who deliver.
Growth Path
Superintendents who excel often grow into operations and management roles. We promote from within based on performance in the field.

Experience: 5+ years concrete experience (crew lead or superintendent)
Crew Lead
What You'll Do
Lead a crew of concrete specialists. Manage daily execution, quality, safety, and communication. Direct report to superintendent. Your crew's performance reflects your leadership.

You're the on-site leader. Your crew respects you because you know concrete and you care about their safety and paycheck.
Growth Path

Experience: 3+ years concrete experience, comfortable leading teams
Equipment Operator
What You'll Do
Operate heavy equipment on large-scale concrete projects. Concrete pumps, cranes, loaders. High-skill work that demands precision.

You're a specialist. Your skill directly impacts project speed and quality. GCs notice good operators.
Growth Path
Full-time positions available. Equipment specialists who show leadership potential can move into crew lead roles.
Locations: OKC, Tulsa, statewide
Experience: 2+ years heavy equipment operation
Options: Temporary (seasonal) or full-time
Laborer
What You'll Do
Concrete work fundamentals: site prep, forming, cleanup, support work for concrete pours. Learn from experienced crews.

This is your entry point. Many of our crew leads and superintendents started on site learning the trade. Same path is available to you.
Growth Path
Become a skilled concrete specialist. Eventually crew lead if you want leadership.
