Concrete Enterprises Inc. was founded in 1985 by Dennis and Julie Brunner in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. What began as a small crew with a commitment to quality craftsmanship and hard work has grown into one of Oklahoma's most respected concrete construction companies, employing more than 215 people.
Dennis built a reputation as both a trusted businessman and an expert in the concrete industry. Throughout his career, he specialized in large-scale commercial projects including tilt-up construction, parking garages, stadiums, storm shelters, schools, and other complex structures across the state.

2007
Jake Brunner moved from superintendent into the office to help oversee daily operations and support the company's continued growth.
2012
Dennis and Julie transitioned ownership to Jake and Paul. Jake became President; Paul became Vice President.
Today
More than 215 employees strong. Known throughout Oklahoma for integrity, expertise, and dedication to excellence. Jake's children are now shaping the third generation of the Brunner legacy.
Family Ownership
From the beginning, Concrete Enterprises has been a family business. Dennis and Julie's two sons, Jake and Paul, grew up alongside the company, spending their early years working on job sites and learning the trade firsthand. Jake officially joined the business in his twenties as a superintendent before moving into the office in 2007 to help oversee daily operations and support the company's continued growth.
In 2012, Dennis and Julie transitioned ownership of the company to Jake and Paul. Jake assumed the role of President, while Paul became Vice President. Under their leadership, CEI has embraced new technology, modern construction practices, and innovative approaches while remaining committed to the values that have defined the company since its founding.
The Brunners have always been family people. Outside of the office and job sites, they enjoy spending time together at the lake, playing cards around the table, and sharing meals with one another. That same sense of loyalty and connection extends into the way they do business, treating employees, clients, and partners like family.
Now, the Brunner legacy is continuing into its third generation as Jake's children become involved in the business, learning the values and work ethic that have shaped Concrete Enterprises since 1985. As CEI looks toward the future, the family remains committed to building more than concrete structures. They are building a legacy of excellence that will serve Oklahoma for generations to come.

Jake grew up on job sites alongside the company, joined as a superintendent in his twenties, and moved into the office in 2007. As President, he oversees daily operations and supports CEI's continued growth, bringing new technology and modern construction practices while staying true to the values his parents built the company on.
Vice President · Vice President since 2012
Paul grew up working on job sites with Jake, learning the trade firsthand from the ground up. As Vice President, he helps lead CEI with the same hard work, honesty, and commitment to doing things the right way that have defined the company since Dennis and Julie founded it in 1985.
