Outcome: $2.4M foundation, 14-month timeline, zero float. Delivered in 14 months. Foundation accepted on first inspection. Utility on schedule for the owner; no float burned for the GC.

Multi-building tilt-up panels up to 8,000 sq ft
Outcome: Multi-building campus with enclosure as the GC constraint. Panel placement kept enclosure on track and finished ahead of milestone. GC reached structural steel ahead of plan.
